I just wanted to let you know that things are definitely looking up lately. I have been using the affirmations you gave me as well as some others I have found appropriate for me. Some days are better than others, as always, but the overall picture is vastly different from before.

I am getting out more, even going surfing again now that I can tolerate the water temperature
